There will be changes in the Black Stars squad that will face Sudan next month in an AFCON 2022 double header.
The two friendly matches that was played in Turkey was to give some players the chance to stake a claim for inclusion into the squad.
Some players covered themselves in glory with their performance while others did very little to improve their chances of a future call up.
One such casualty is Amiens midfielder Emmanuel Lomotey who played in the Mali friendly game which Ghana lost by 3 goals to nil.
Head coach C.K Akonnor has decided to replace Emmanuel Lomotey with French-born Ghanaian midfielder Elisha Owusu.
The defensive midfielder has been turning heads with his performance in the Belgian Jupiler PRO league with club's such as Athletico Madrid in others linked with a move for him.
Elisha Owusu was born in France to Ghanaian parents and came through the Olympique Lyon Academy captaining the reserve side before moving on loan to Sochaux and then joining Gent Permanently after failing to make the cut at Lyon.
C.K Akonnor will hand a debut call up to Elisha Owusu in the upcoming AFCON qualifiers double header against Sudan next month.
One other player who may also make their debut is Dutch born defender who currently plays on loan for Anderlecht Derrick Luckassen.
