Kumasi Asante Kotoko will in the coming days refurbish their Odeneho Kwadaso club secretariat which was gifted to the club by the life patron.
This was made public by a member of the club's board of directors Alhaji Abu Lamin in an interview with Asempa FM.
The club secretariat is in a deplorable condition with cracks developing on some parts of the building,some parts of the roofing leaking among others.
When the board took over the club, a member of the board Joseph Yaw Adu who acted as the IMT chairman complained about the state of the club secretariat.
Alhaji Abu Lamin has confirmed that first phase of rehabilitation works will be undertaken by the club in the next three weeks.
“I can assure you that within three weeks, the first phase of renovation at the Asante Kotoko secretariat will be done,” he told Asempa FM.
“We also have the plans to complete Adako Jachie,” he added.
There are plans to construct an ultra modern state of the art secretariat for the club by the board of directors in the near future.
