Ghana's failure in Brazil was a divine retribution - Prophet Tawia

Ghana's failure to make an impact at the 2014 World Cup was an act of punishment from God, Prophet Kwabena Tawia has revealed.

The Founder and leader of the Church Of Rabbi Prophet Kwabena says Ghana got eliminated in 2014 Mondial because the leaders of the team took a wrong path.

He believes the Kurt Okraku administration has taken a different path which puts Ghana back track.

Speaking to the media at his church at Ofankor Barrier, he revealed his deep love for not only football but also wrestling as a sport.

He continued by saying that before the Brazil 2014 world cup some leaders from the Ghana Football Association came to him to help Ghana win the World Cup.

"They deviated from the path of God to lesser gods and that led to the gargantuan disgrace during and after the tournament in Brazil," he said.

Some leaders came to me to help them and I demanded Ghc 45,000 to help Ghana win the World Cup but the never returned."

According to Prophet Kwabena Tawiah the leadership of the black Stars went ahead to choose different prophet because of the money he demanded.

"They left me all because I refused to agree to their ideas they shared with by quoting big amount so that can their share and went ahead to take Ghc 300,000 and went for another person because the intial amount I quoted for them was too small". he added

The Man of God also mentioned that he sold about 5 plots of land at Ghc 15,000 per plot to prevent a landslide from occurring in Ghana.

He finished by saying it's all in the past now so let's focus on what God has for Ghana in the future.
